Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website and our client portal, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or captions.
Last reviewed September 25, 2026.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We test the site with automated checkers and by using it with a keyboard and a screen reader, and we fix problems as we find them. We do not use an “accessibility overlay” widget.
What we have done
- Every form field has a visible label, and buttons say what they do.
- Text meets WCAG contrast minimums, and links in text are underlined.
- The whole site works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “skip to content” link.
- Menus open and close with Enter and Escape.
- The countdown is read aloud as a sentence, and it does not interrupt screen readers every second.
- Videos play only when you choose, with captions turned on.
- Motion is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages work on phones and at 200% zoom without sideways scrolling.
